Following this month's Professional , we're thrilled that the Braintrust Community has a new home, directly on the platform!
Anyone with a Braintrust account can now log in and immerse yourself in the —a vibrant hub where you can connect with fellow professionals, seek career advice, and give back to the community.
🚨🚨🚨 As part of this network evolution, we'll be migrating all official Braintrust Community Programming, including events like AMA sessions, network announcements, and event invites, directly to the Career Help Feed. By consolidating platforms, we're creating a unified space for the community to thrive, evolve, and collaborate.
⚠️ In the coming weeks, we'll be winding down the Braintrust Discord server, including the Discord leveling membership and channels. However, fear not! Our dedicated Braintrust team is working tirelessly to further build the Professional Network, and there will be opportunities to continue contributing and supporting the growth of the community. Stay tuned for more updates and get ready to be part of something truly special!

Professionals come to Braintrust to earn, learn, and grow at different phases in their career. The Career Help feed on the Professional Network allows talent to share their professional wisdom, get personalized direct help and advice to reach the next step in their careers. From the Career Help feed, talent can ask a question and get answers from the world’s top professionals offering their experiential knowledge.
The Professional Network launched in beta in early 2023. The official announcement and launch of the Braintrust Professional Network to everyone took place on June 14, 2023 🎉 .
Anyone with a Braintrust account can log in and immerse yourself in the Career Help Feed—a vibrant hub where you can connect with fellow professionals, seek career advice, and give back to the community.
With the official launch of the Braintrust Professional Network, we are sunsetting the Braintrust Discord server to consolidate our community's activities and to provide a more cohesive talent experience.
By transitioning to the platform, there’s an opportunity to offer a custom experience for talent at all levels of your journey with Braintrust—from applying to jobs, managing your invoices, and now giving and getting career help!
The Braintrust team has been hard at work to ensure a seamless transition. In the past months, Braintrust has refined the customer support process, including the implementation of an on-site chatbot, launched an on-platform feedback tool, and has made countless updates to the job search process.
As the network continues to grow, there will be numerous opportunities for you to continue contributing and supporting the growth of our community. We're excited about this new chapter and look forward to providing an even more enriching experience for the community!
The Discord membership leveling was implemented with past programming and will take on a different iteration on the platform. However, if you’ve been a past Community Contributor, this doesn’t mean you’ll start from scratch.
All Braintrust Talent will have access to the Career Feed on the Braintrust platform. As we build out programming and product functions, there will be a new community structure to align with the new programming.
Level 3️⃣ and Level 2️⃣ Contributors: For past active contributors, we will continue to share contribution opportunities directly. ✅ Approved Talent were automatically assigned Level 2 in the Discord server. On the platform, your Approved Status is indicated by the yellow check-mark on your Talent Profile. Approved Talent will continue to be invited to exclusive events via email.
You can provide product feedback at any time using the “Feedback” widget on the bottom right side of the Braintrust platform (you’ll see it after logging in). Be sure to leave your email in the comment box if you’d like a reply.
