**As an alternative to Discord, here are quick links to resources for your career journey with Braintrust:** 

1. **Explore the Help Center:** Find answers to frequently asked questions about account access, payments and invoicing, the screening process, and everything related to Braintrust <https://support.usebraintrust.com/hc/en-us>
2. **Contact Support:** For direct support, **email <support@usebraintrust.com>.** For security reasons, the Braintrust team will only reach out over email or directly through the messaging function on the Braintrust platform for 1:1 support and communications. Braintrust does not offer direct support over Discord.&#x20;
3. **Do you have Product Feedback?** Share your suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feedback about the product through the "Feedback" widget on the Braintrust platform. Make sure to leave your email if you'd like a reply from the team, otherwise, your feedback is anonymous.&#x20;

## **What is the Braintrust community membership on Discord?**&#x20;

The Braintrust community membership is designed for people who want to build the Braintrust network. When members contribute to the Braintrust network, they level-up to unlock perks, access new features, gain permissions, and get special privileges at each level.

## Discord Membership Levels

## Advance from Level 0 to Level 1&#x20;

## **Advance from Level 1 to Level 2**

Approved Talent are given Level 2 status. Level 1s can participate in community programming and contribution opportunities for advancement.&#x20;

## Advance from Level 2 to Level 3

Participate in community programming and contribution opportunities for 6+ months to advance to Level 3.&#x20;

### After completing the form on the previous page, you will receive a direct message (DM) when you advance to Level 1 on Discord. &#x20;

\*\*Please note, your Discord Level Status is not associated with your Braintrust Approved Status. All Braintrust talent activity happens on the Braintrust Talent Platform. Discord is a separate platform where anyone can level up, regardless of being a Braintrust talent.&#x20;
